How it works, in brief:
- A Program Unit entitles you to up to 400 hours of senior consultancy time
- An Account Manager with knowledge of your business/industry as a single point of call, who works with you to advise on requirements, plan the response, and allocate appropriate staff
- Use the account as you want, and vary your access as demands change.
- A monthly statement allows you to track your usage When account is fully utilised, renew it or not, it is up to you.
