David Lewis has tertiary qualifications in mechanical engineering and twenty five years experience in product and process design and development in the food processing and materials handling industries. He has been responsible for special purpose mechanical system design and construction for Australian and International companies in industries as diverse as snow making and mining to drying and packaging.

Gordon Young holds a B. Eng and M Eng Sc, as well a Dip Bus. He has over 20 years experience in the food processing and agricultural industries, in both the public and private sectors. He has also taught at University and vocational training levels, and organised and presented technical short courses internationally.
